Nous allons passer à Paris cet automne et la recherche de quelqu'un qui veut louer un appartement ou changer son appartement contre notre à Stockholm? Nous vivons dans un appartement rénové dans la meilleure adresse de Södermalm avec transports en commun et à proximité de tout. Il dispose de deux pièces sur 45m2. We are moving to Paris this autumn and are looking for someone that are interested in renting out their apartment to us, or exchange it for ours in Stockholm? Je pense que par le biais de ce forum, vous n'auriez pas eu de problème pour trouver régulièrement des locataires (ou groupes de collocataires) et qu'ils auraient été content d'avoir un logement, par exemple pour une année d'études.
Mais pour acheter un appartement, il faut s'expatrier pour longtemps. Idem pour prendre un appartement DANS Paris.
