Jamtli museum - Östersund - Sweden
Östersund is located in Jämtland near a lake called Storsjön (the big lake). In this lake a big animal is living that you will perhaps see if you are lucky...
There is a big island on this lake, called Frösön, whith a lot of possible activities.
In the Jamtli museum, there is an exhibition about the life in Jämtland. There is also a copy of a rune stone that is actually located in Frösön. This runestone recalled the arrivals of christiannity in this place (1050).
