Luleå gamlastad is the old town of Luleå that has been moved 10 km from there. There are still plenty ofold house and a very old stone church from the 15th century.

Svarttjârn is a small lake located at about 5 kilometer från Örnskölsdvik, near Själevad.
It is possible here to walk, ski or fisk. The lake is about 30-45 minutes from the road.
