The high coast is known for its bays, its fisher villages and its islands. This bay is one of the many bays that opens on the sea. The sea can freeze in winter. It is also known for the mountain that goes very high close to the sea.

Anundsjö church in Bredbyn

One of the most beautiful belltower of the Norrland
nundsjö church in Bredbyn has been built in 1437 and is dedicated to S:a Anna. The church has been build at a place where a first church was build in the years 1200. Near the church, on this photo, is a belltower that is said to be one of the most beautiful belltower of the norrland.
