Leksand is a place of interest for cultur. For Midsommar, more than 15000 people come there. The old church, the museum and the hembygsgården (old houses from dalarna) are interesting to see.

My mother was lived in Leksand as a young girl. I would like to see more of these wonderful pictures. She often talks about swimming in Lake Siljan. If I show her these pictures, it might bring back some pleasant memories for her.

One of the most beautiful belltower of the Norrland
nundsjö church in Bredbyn has been built in 1437 and is dedicated to S:a Anna. The church has been build at a place where a first church was build in the years 1200. Near the church, on this photo, is a belltower that is said to be one of the most beautiful belltower of the norrland.
