Leksand is a place of interest for cultur. For Midsommar, more than 15000 people come there. The old church, the museum and the hembygsgården (old houses from dalarna) are interesting to see.

Sorry to be so negative, but I really think that the pictures don't put out the real Leksand, none of them... I think they're to dark and not as bright and sunny as there use to be in the summer. And I think that there's many nice places to photo, in the summer as well in the winter.

Hello, Yes, Leksand is a wonderful place but when I was there, I was quite unlucky with the weather. I hope that I can get there another time.
